1998 Taste of Home "Mom's Meatloaf" I never even liked meatloaf until I tried this one. This is the best meatloaf recipe that you'll ever taste! Everyone that I've given the recipe to says the same thing. You really don't need to change a thing because it's wonderful just the way it is but sometimes I take about 1/4 cup of the topping and mix into the meat mixture. Enjoy!
brown sugar meatloaf. Use only 1/4 cup brown sugar with 1/2 c ketchup and 1 T worcestershire sauce. Mix and use as glaze on top. For filling, use 1/2 cup milk, 2 cloves garlic, only one egg, and 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs. Form into loaf and put in large casserole dish to bake. Pour off greae as it cooks.
