-1 sheet puff pastry, 16 ounces fresh strawberries, sliced, 2 TBS Mediterranean Balsamic Vinegar with Fig (demarle), 3 TBS honey 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place  2. Lay puff pastry on Flexipat and fold pastry up around the edges. 3. Place sliced strawberries evenly over pastry. 4. In Mixing Bowl, whisk balsamic vinegar and honey. Brush tops of strawberries with mixture with Silicone Pastry Brush. 5. Bake for 25 minutes or until pastry is lightly browned. best when warm
