The good news is that mental health problems can often be managed. Sometimes it's nothing more than changing your diet and activity level.
Talk about what’s going on up in your brain. Talk about your mental health. If you keep things from coming out of your head, it’s going to cause problems, I guarantee it. It’s natural to let ideas out. It helps you get perspective on them. It helps you get rid of them and move past them.
