The blade is a nagamaki zukuri and signed Norimitsu. The date 文明 (Bunmei, which started in 1469) 元年 (Gan-nen or first year) 十二月 日 (Ju-ni gatsu hi or a day in December), so the whole date translates to "A day in December, 1469).
