I call this Fudge For Dummies. You don't need a candy thermometer or any of that jazz, just an 8x8 Pyrex, a microwave and quality ingredients (don't go cheap on the chocolate chips--I use Godiva or Ghirardelli). I make this every holiday season, with or without nuts. If you're brave, add a teaspoon of powdered red chile to the mix. YUM.
easy, made in the microwave fudge. I did not add candy to it, and having had it, I think it would be insanely sweet if you did have the candy, too. It was very rich and dense. Great if you like dark chocolate, but I am a milk chocolate girl, so it was only meh for me.
