Easy Microwave Mug Brownie (with Nesquik!) --- I had an issue: I would have Nesquik but no cocoa powder. So, in this recipe, I swapped cocoa powder with Nesquik, and personally, I think it tastes better with Nesquik! Tastes great plain or with toppings. You can try adding nuts or chocolate chips, too!
This "skinny" version of a mug brownie is to die for - and only takes 30 seconds in the microwave to cook! This recipe has 1/4 the calories of a regular mug brownie! Made with agave nectar and yogurt instead of sugar and butter.
