A family rebuilds and restores a 1953 kitchen to its former glory
This family took a dilapidated midcentury kitchen and restored the water damaged cabinets to look like this. They did have to rebuild a few of the cabinets, but they were able to save some, too. Rather than rip out our cabinets and replace with new (something we really can't afford, anyway), I want to replace cabinet fronts and doors. They've inspired me! :)
MCM gingerbread (RedEnvelope.com, holiday 2007, discontinued). Found by Dessert Girl. http://dessertgirl.blogspot.com/2008/12/mid-century-gingerbread-house.html
I can see I'm going to upset the girls this year when I suggest this as a design for the gingerbread house over gothic/victorian manor house.
