South African condensed milk biscuits (Kondensmelk koekies) Condensed milk biscuits are well-known in South-Africa. They are similar to New Zealand condensed milk biscuits, but contain egg. The dough is soft and very pliable, which means you can shape your biscuits with a cookie press, or even a meat grinder with a cookie attachment, if you are so lucky to own one.
Lemon Cake Balls (no bake). Condensed milk, crushed biscuits, coconut and lemon – a match made in heaven. These balls are easy to make whether you have a Thermomix, food processor or do it by hand. They are great to keep in the freezer for when unexpected guests pop around or you just need something sweet to get you through the afternoon. I can’t get enough of these things!
