Crockpot Yogurt: Pour 1 gal whole milk in crockpot. Ad 2-3 cups powdered milk. Heat on low to 180 degrees then cool to 95-115 degrees, mix 1/2 cup of live culture yogurt in sm amt of warm milk til completely blended, then ad back to the rest of warm milk. Put milk in storage containers, place in oven w/ light on for 8 - 12 hrs. Put in fridge. gm
