Pecan Phyllo Tarts - so easy. Buy the phyllo sheets instead of the pre-made cups - just roll out and cut into squares with a pizza cutter. Spray muffin tins with Pam and press squares into muffin molds. Bake for 8 minutes on 350 and then fill with pecan filling. Bake 8 more minutes but cover them with foil to not get to brown.
