Wide filet lace band trimmed with needle-woven tulips, berries & scrolling leaves vertically placed like arrows across bands of lace. This forms bodice overlay, sleeves, tiered edge of skirt & vertical panel that hangs from back bodice & comes to mitred point at lower back edge.
