I am LOVING this app. So easy to scan food labels to quickly add the nutrition information. If you have a heart rate monitor, its fast to add your workout and calories burned. I'm waiting to see how well this combo works before investing in a body bugg.

My fitness pal tips. This app is amazing, track your calories, ratio of carbs, fat, protein, sat fats (or anything else you choose). Track your weight loss (or gain), measurements of body parts, water intake and exercise completed. Add friends, input recipes and find out nutritional values and calories.
