Myrna Smith - "He asked me if I had seen a movie called 'Across 110th Street', & I said "No." Since I hadn't seen the film, Elvis said, "Let me tell you about it." He started telling me the story. He did all the characters, the dialogue, the whole film, from beginning to end. It took him as long to tell it as it took the film to run! I never saw that movie, but, you know, I don't ever need to, 'cause he told me the whole thing." Myrna Smith, The Sweet Inspirations.
