The myths and folktales behind Harry Potter

The myths and folktales behind Harry Potter Nicolas Flamel was a real person, and many of Rowling’s fantastic beasts she borrowed from elsewhere – including from the ancient world, writes Natalie Haynes.

Alex Morris moves from London to Edinburgh to make a break with the past. Alex accepts a job teaching drama therapy at a school commonly referred to as "The Unit," a learning community for teens expelled from other schools in the city.
