Quick Red Lentil and Spinach Curry. Good & easy. Doubled and was enough for of us for one meal plus some leftovers but not enough for another full meal. Needed salt and maybe something sweet like apples/raisins.
Good Photography- I really appreciate the unique presentation of the wraps in this recipe. Instead of the usual laying down wrap next to its sauce these wraps standing up with their sauce really allow the ingredients to show, you can tell what is included in each wrap and not just the colors.
