This original lithograph poster was created for a nautical school in the 1950s. It was the Hudson River Power Squadron of the United States Power Squadrons, which is a non-profit educational organization, founded in 1914. The New York based chapter of the organization offered free boating lessons on the Hudson River. These organizations are still in existence today.
