It may not seem like it but Allergy Season will be here before you know it. Spring is my favorite season but the worst for runny noses. Don't rely on the drowsy OTC medicines. 2 drops of Lemon 2 drops of Peppermint 2 drops of Lavender This can be taken in a veggie cap or added to juice or water. Take 2-3 times a day as needed.
