Deep South Dish: Cajun White Beans with Rice - this is what I'm making for tonight, with a few variations: I'm cooking the veg before the sausage and adding the hamhock. I would have used Camellia beans, except all the stores were out, so I had to settle for Great Value Northern Whites! The kids requested this one! I'll serve it with jalapeno cornbread.
