"Old Man" is a song written and performed by Neil Young on his 1972 album Harvest. The song was written for the caretaker of the Northern California Broken Arrow Ranch, which Young purchased for $350,000 in 1970. The song compares a young man's life to an old man's and shows that the young man has, to some extent, the same needs as the old one. James Taylor played six-string banjo (tuned like a guitar) and sang on the song, and Linda Ronstadt also contributed vocals.
A 24 year old boy seeing out from the train's window shouted..."Dad, look the trees are going behind!" dad smiled and a young couple sitting nearby, looked at the 24 year old's childish behaviour with pity. "Dad, look the clouds are running with us !" the couple couldn't resist and said to the old man.Why don't you take your son to a good doctor? The old man smiled and said.. "I did and we are just coming from the hospital, my son was blind from birth, he just got his eyes today..
