Salted Caramel 1/2 cup organic grade b pure maple syrup 2 tbsp butter from a grass fed source coarse sea salt to taste Preheat a pan on medium to medium high heat for about a minute. Add maple syrup and allow it to bubble. Add in butter, but do not over stir. Allow the mixture to boil for 1 full minutes. It should be a rolling boil. Remove from heat. Allow to sit until completely cooled. Add coarse salt. Store in refrigerator.
Germs consume sugar to grow but can’t live in an alkaline body. Taking 2 tsp of Maple Syrup/Baking Soda regularly maintains oral pH around 7.6.
