Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken - We used boneless/skinless breasts. Sear the chicken first, then cook the garlic and mix up the spices in the pot per the recipe. Then, instead of popping them in the oven, add some water (1/2inchish), cover, and reduce heat. Once the chicken is cooked through, remove from dutch oven pot and continue to cook down the sauce.
MADE THIS (sorta) - Crispy Oven Bake Chicken Thighs from 101 Cooking For Two - Did external seasoning of skin, needed a few extra minutes in my oven to get to 165 degrees and broiler to crisp the skin.
