Have you ever baked eggs in the oven? They have the texture of a hard boiled egg, but you don’t have to deal with peeling the shell off. Great to keep on hand in the fridge for all Burns and Phase 3 (like hard-boiled eggs, they taste great cold).
Hard-boiled Eggs - Gardener Community & Homesteading. I did them at 325 for 25 minutes with fresh eggs. OMG, I will NEVER boil eggs again. This was so easy as I didn't have to stay in the kitchen. PLUS, they peeled easier than if I used my boiling method with baking soda! I 100% agree with this method.
Mollet Eggs Florentine: we did a meatless Thursday this week and had this for dinner on 3/21/13. It was really tasty. Not too difficult and it looked so pretty when it came out of the oven in the gratin pan. With a side salad, this was a nice dinner. Will definitely do this again. Mollet eggs are delish.
