Stove-Top "roasted" Red Potatoes--yummy! 10 minutes was WAY too long in my microwave; the potatoes came out all gummy and shriveled. Maybe start at 6 minutes. Soaked them in butter with chopped onions and minced garlic and they were almost edible...surely will be better if they are not overcooked!
