Parent Communication Log- Don't really need one this elementary, but my goal this year is to contact every parent at least once per semester... especially for the students who are doing great or are showing improvement! (:
I have parents fill this out at the beginning of the school year so that I know the best way to contact them throughout the school year. I also added a log to keep track of parent communication. This is especially helpful if there are consistent concerns or a long term sub.
EMERGENCY CONTACT... For years I fumbled with folders, papers, files, but nothing has ever been simpler! I absolutely love having my emergency contact cards (double sided) with all the emergency information you need on ONE RING! I keep this ring in my emergency bag that goes with us on each trip and/or drill. On this card (found as a freebie below) you have child's name, birthday, address, numbers, pickup, and contacts all in one spot!
FREE * READY FOR THE NEW SCHOOL YEAR * All teachers know how important it is to be in contact with parents on the regular. With this free contact log binder setup, you'll no longer need to worry about who called when, for what, and what you need to do now. Keep this binder near your desk so you never forget to log a call or email again.
