State Fair Funnel Cakes 3 eggs 1/4 c sugar 2 c milk 3-2/3 c flour 1/2 t salt 2 t bkg pdr Vegetable oil Beat eggs and sugar & add milk. Add dry ingredients and beat until smooth and creamy. Heat 2" of oil in a large pot. Pour batter into a funnel, using finger to plug hole. Drizzle batter into pan in a swirling pattern. Brown both sides, & drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with 10X or cinnamon sugar.
Dish drying mat. "My" pattern of sc-dc/space. Crocheted 38" long, folded in half and sc around all edges (even fold); added hang loop and large dome for closing. Finished size 16"X19". Yarn was Bernat Handicrafter cotton. (Addition: I have found this mat dries out much faster than the foam enclosed ones.)
