Thai Peanut Salad Dressing C peanut butter, 1 lime, juiced and zested, 2 t sesame oil, 1 T seasoned rice wine vinegar, 2 T soy sauce, 3 T honey, 2 cloves garlic, 1 T minced ginger, C roughly chopped cilantro, C veg oil, 2 t Sriracha, water, and salt)
pea & peanut salad - yum! Ingredients 1 10 ounce package frozen peas, thawed and drained 1 cup Spanish peanuts or honey-roasted peanuts 1/4 cup dairy sour cream 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing 1/2 teaspoon sugar Directions 1. In a medium bowl, combine peas and peanuts. 2. In a small bowl, stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, and sugar until well combined. Spoon over pea mixture. Stir until coated. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
The salad is Kale, Chinese cabbage, red cabbage, green onions, julienne carrots and cilantro. I marinated chicken in PC Blue menu Szechwan sauce and BBQ'd it. I also made the dressing from the PC sauce also and added sesame oil, Siracha sauce, fresh garlic, fresh ginger, rice wine vinegar and soya sauce. I let it sit overnight.
