Spiced Pear Smoothie from www.thecasualcraftlete.com For this recipe you will need: 1 pear cored and diced, half of a banana, 1/4 cup oats (I used old fashioned oats), 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/2 cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt, 3/4 cup milk (any kind), 1 TBS honey and 5-6 ice cubes. Just mix all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
