A Pearl Harbor rally in Brooklyn, NY - 1941 Pearl Harbor Day is observed annually on December 7th to remember and honor all those who died in the attack on Pearl Harbor, December 7, 1941. In 1994, the United States Congress designated December 7th of each year as National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day. It is a tradition to fly the Flag of the United States at half-staff until sunset that day. Today, Dec. 7, 2012 is the 71st anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor.
