Chicken Pad Thai - was really easy to follow, and the sauce ended up being tasty. smells so weird before you cook it, but once it's in on your plate.. it smells like pad thai! do not leave out the cilantro!
Actually made this for dinner tonight. It's better than any Pad Thai I've had ina restaurant over here and doesn't call for a bunch of exotic ingredients. Red also loved it so this will go into our favorite dinner recipes!
