Pineapple Cheese Spread 2- 8 oz. pkgs cream cheese, softened 1- 15 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained 1/4 C. finely chopped green pepper 2 T. finely chopped onion 1 T. seasoned salt (or less) 2 C. finely chopped pecans Combine and mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate several hours. Serve with crackers.
This pineapple salsa recipe has a delicious combination of sweet and spicy. It can be served with grilled chicken or fish or as an appetizer with chips. It looks pretty in a hollowed out pineapple bowl!
