Hawaiian Pineapple Stuffing 11/7/13: 8 slices italian bread cubed, 6 Tbl. butter, 4 eggs, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, sprinkle each of cinnamon, salt and freshly ground nutmeg. Baked in a 8X8" greased pan at 325 for 30 minutes covered and then 30 minutes uncovered. Delicious!
Yum! This is a huge hit at Thanksgiving and Christmas with my family. Mom's Favorite Pineapple Stuffing is delicious and such a fun twist on a traditional recipe, to keep meals fun and change them up a bit. This recipe lists prices so it's nice to know it is a cheap side dish, too.
