Comfort Meatballs by pioneer woman on food network I made the meatballs, not the sauce. I don't like BBQ sauce. I got them to the point where you put them in the oven and froze them. Then, when we were ready for them, I thawed and baked then w/ a can of Hunts Traditional pasta sauce, cooked them covered for 20 min, uncovered for 15-20 min, then covered them with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and cooked until the cheese melted, about 10 min. Yummy!
