Pan fried pork chops - Pioneer Woman.  Can't wait to try!  I'm making them tonight, may have to bake them off at the end, my chops are thicker.  Baked potatoes with cheese and bacon and a salad...  Sounds like a fantastic dinner I'm going to thoroughly enjoy!
