Chef Jonny’s Portuguese Chicken— marinated for 24 hours & smoked on the Traeger with Apple Wood pellets for 3 hours. Ingredients list: 1/3 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup olive oil 2 tbsp sweet paprika 2 tbsp dried oregano 2 tbsp sugar 4 cloves garlic (crushed) 1 red chilli (chopped) 1 tbsp salt Preparation: Mix all ingredients and cover chicken, marinating in a bag for 24 hours. Smoke for 3 hours at 325 degrees using Apple BBQ hardwood.
