PORK CHOPS ON GRILL (KREMENADLI) This is my expertise (in eating of course) , I looove pork shops, especially when meat comes with some fat on, delicious! If meat contains lots of fat, then, you don't have to make this marinade, because that meat is already soft and juicy. Just leave pork chops in some oil with spices to overnight and then bake the next day. Never put meat on grill directly from the fridge! Leave it for 1 hour at room temperature, then bake.
