Island Pork Tenderloin | I often find myself struggling to find new ways to prepare chicken and pork. I get soooo bored with the usual options and so I will search and search to try and find something that sounds interesting. Some are hits with my family, but I have to admit most are just OK, especially when it comes to chicken.
here's what you need : 2 pound Pork Tenderloin 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce 1 TBS Yellow Mustard 2-3 TBS maple syrup 2 TBS olive oil 2 TBS Diced dried onions 1 1/2 TSP Garlic Salt or Powder Mix ingredients above.
