Skillet Pork Medallions in Mushroom Marsala Sauce. I didn't have any wine on hand so I used 2 tbs red wine vinegar and 2 tbs balsamic vinegar. I also used 1 tsp beef better than bullion and 1 tsp chicken better than bullion. Worked perfect!
