Southern style Sweet Potato Souffle with Marshmallows from All Recipes; a great side dish for ham. I always mash the sweet potatoes, add 4 eggs, well beaten, into the sweet potato mixture before baking so it rises like a souffle. Then after baking, I add the marshmallows and return to oven until the marshmallows are lightly browned and puffy. Oh, and a little nutmeg and allspice added with the cinnamon gives even more flavor.
