2/6/14 I hurt. #Crossfit #WOD Every 1 min for 10 mins: 3 Hang Power Cleans 70% 1RM, 1 Front Squat 1 Jerk (complex w/o putting bar down). Then: Every 1 min for 20 mins: 5 Squat Cleans, 165/115 lbs on even minutes and 10 Bar Facing Burpees on odd minutes.
