PROTEIN MUG CAKE 1 Scoop vanilla whey protein powder (I use Body Fortress) 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tsp sugar or sugar substitute (I use Truvia baking blend) 1/4 tsp baking soda pinch of salt 1 egg white 2 Tbsp almond milk 1 Tbsp peanut butter (optional) Mix all the dry ingredients in a mug until well blended.
