Push-ups—I had wrist pain for awhile, and it took me awhile to figure out what it was from—it was from doing push-ups on the ground. After I switched to a push up bar, my wrist pain went away COMPLETELY. I'll just echo what others here have already said: use some dumbbels or get that Iron Gym pull up bar and use it on the ground as a push up bar. Your wrists will thank you!
