Smoked Salmon Quick Quiche (Breakfast)  This is good and easy.  Not a fan of dill so left that out.  Use creme fraiche sparingly and you end up with a 350 calorie serving.  Adding avocado slices after baking is also a nice touch and adds and extra 50 calories. -- Ingredients:  Smoked Salmon, Puff Pastry, Creme Fraiche, Scallions, Half & Half, Avocado (optional)
