Scallop with Cauliflower 3 ways Saw him doing this on the TV and although I've never liked cauliflower wanted to give it a go and am REALLY please I did! Tasted fantastic and only change I made second time was to add a bit of pepper to the puree. I also cheated and used 'Pakora' bhaji mix but will do my own another time. May try similar with beetroot puree and sliced, grilled beetroot
