Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi... 3 tbsp honey, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp grated fresh ginger root, 1 clove crushed garlic, 2 tsp olive oil, 4 (6 ounce) mahi mahi fillets, S&P to taste, 1 tbsp vegetable oil.... marinate for 20 mins, pan fry 4 - 6 mins per side, reduce remaining marinade for glaze.
