Italian broccoli & salmon bake...could easily adapt to use frozen or canned salmon. Kale could be substituted for the broccoli. Slow roasted tomatoes from my freezer could be used in placed of sundried.

Salmon Cakes with Chive and Garlic Sauce - I'm not big on fish because I live in the desert, but this recipe was delicious & very easy to make. Just be sure that when you buy the canned salmon that you buy it skinless and boneless. Otherwise you have to pick out the skin and bone yourself… :P
