Many variations you can make with using different glazes and by adding chocolate chips to batter.  I baked these at 400 degrees instead of 425.  Bake 6-7 min. I double the recipe for 1 doz. Chocolate Glaze- 3/4 cup 10x sugar,3 tbl cocoa powder, 3 tbl milk, dash vanilla(enough 1 doz)
