pretzel bites: cut rhodes roll dough into bite-size pieces, cook 45 seconds in boiling water, dry/cool on paper towels, bake at 375F for 15 minutes or until golden brown. brush with melted butter, sprinkle with kosher salt and parmesan cheese. Delicious and fun! Could be done with any bread dough, I think. This is a good one for the kids to help.
~ Garlic Cheese Bombs ~ 1. place 24 Rhodes frozen dinner rolls onto a cookie sheet or other clean surface. Cover with plastic wrap and let them thaw for about 2 1/2 hours, or until they're soft and no longer frozen. 2. In the meantime, cut 24 cubes of mozzarella cheese. I made ours extra cheesy and cut the entire brick of cheese into 24 cubes. You can cut these as small as you'd like, depending on cheesiness preference.
