Rhubarb crisp or rhubarb raspberry crisp. This is as close to my grandma's recipe as I've been able to find on Pinterest. The only differences are that there is some cinnamon in each mixture, and 1/4 tsp each of baking powder and soda in the flour/oat mixture. I sometimes sub half raspberries for rhubarb. Perfect with a scoop of good vanilla ice cream.
Rhubarb Crisp, wonderful!! I added a tsp of vanilla and dash of salt to the water/cornstarch mixture right before I poured it over the Rhubarb. Don't use old fashioned rolled oats, the don't cook properly ~J
