Rincon De La Vieja Volcano National Park

Rincon De La Vieja National Park translates to “The Old Woman’s Corner” National Park. The park is 600,000 years old but lies about its age constantly.

Rincon de la Vieja is a national park on the flank of a volcano. The beautiful cloudforest is home to a lot of different plants and animals. It is super biodiverse and not touristic. Absolutely worth to visit! All photos by Harmen Piekema Photography (c)
