Persian-roasted-butternut-squash-soup -this side of burnt at 50"- didn't taste burnt. Very dark on bottom of squash, soup darker orange/brown. Delicious but will try again not burning. Rotated the 2 trays but didn't turn squash cubes. Squash cubes as roasted would make a delicious side dish too.
